Return Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned or exchanged.  You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.  Merchandise which has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  1.  Please email info@shoezzys.com to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you a tracking #.

  2.  Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.  We also do not refund the original shipping and handling charges.

Exchanges
There are no restocking fees for exchanges.

Your order will be shipped via a Standard Service unless you select an expedited shipping method.

Standard/USPS - $4.95-Arrives in 5-9 business days
3-Day - $11.95-Arrives in 3-4 business days
2-Day - $14.05-Arrives in 2-3 business days
Next Day - $21.95-Arrives in 1-2 business days

Orders over $100.00 will not be charged the Standard Shipping Fee.  These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US .  Free shipping applies only to merchandise.  Taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total.  Expedited orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next day.
